Our FEES are below the industry standard-- but not our Experience or Quality; and we offer Rapid Turn-Around-Times to fulfill any needs you may have.  Our Standard Fee for a 1004 Residential Appraisal is $300.00. Our fee for a 2055 Drive by Appraisal is $225.00.
